THE APARTMENT
The apartment, quiet and fully renovated, is about 60 m2large and it founds itself on the first floor with lift. It’s made up of a double bedroom (with separable beds), a bathroom with shower, a wide and lightly living room with kitchenette, eating area and a comfortable double sofa-bed. A balcony overlooking via Vicenzacompletes the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped, and the heating system is independent. Internet wireless and bed linen and towels which are provided free-of-charge, while you can have air conditioning paying an extra of 5 E/day. Still, there’s another apartment situated just next door (Iris II) that can accommodate another 6 people.
L’APPARTAMENTO
L’appartamento, silenzioso e completamente ristrutturato, misura circa 60 mq ed è situato al primo piano conascensore. E’ composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale (con letti separabili), un bagno con doccia, un ampio e luminosissimo soggiorno con angolo cottura, zona pranzo e divano-letto matrimoniale. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata ed è’ possibile ospitare massimo 4 persone. L’angolo cottura è completamente attrezzato, e il riscaldamento è autonomo. L’appartamento viene fornito con biancheria da letto e da bagno. L’ utilizzo della connessione Internet wireless e´ gratuito, mentre l’aria condizionata e’ disponibile al costo di 5 E al giorno.C’è inoltre un altro appartamento situato proprio di fronte, sullo stesso pianerottolo (Iris II), che può accogliere fino a 6 persone.
