THE APARTMENT

The apartment, recently renovated, is about 75 square meterslarge and is located on the first floor with lift. Quiet and sunny, it’s made up of a double bedroom with air Conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms both with shower, and a wide and lightly living room with kitchenette, eating area and a comfortable double sofa-bed (140×190). It overlooks on a side an interior garden, with wild orange trees typical of the early 19th Roman gardens, and on the other side a terrace facing via Vicenza. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided free-of-charge.Still, there’s another apartment (Iris I) situated just next door which can accommodate another 4 people.

L’APPARTAMENTO

L’appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato misura circa 75 mq ed è situato al primo piano con ascensore. Silenzioso e soleggiato, è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale  dotata di aria condizionata, da una camera con due letti singoli, due bagni con doccia, e da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, angolo pranzo e un divano letto 140X190.
Si affaccia da un lato su un giardino interno, con i caratteristici alberi di arancio selvatico tipici dei giardini romani dei primi ‘900, e dall’altro su un terrazzo prospiciente via Vicenza. E’ possibile ospitare massimo 6 persone. L’appartamento viene fornito con biancheria da letto e da bagno. Inoltre c’è un altro appartamento situato proprio di fronte, sullo stesso pianerottolo (Iris I), che può accogliere fino a 4 persone.
