About Casa Vacanze Iris:

Casa Vacanze IRIS is a family managed activity composed by two apartments located in the center of Rome where you can stay for short periods.

The apartment, quiet and comfortable, measuring about 120 square meters and is located on the first floor. It consists of two apartments (The Iris I and Iris II) independent but connected through a common entrance, can be rented either individually, while remaining completely independent of each other, or jointly.

IRIS I can accommodate up to a maximum of four people, while IRIS II can accommodate up to six people; rented together can accommodate up to ten people.

Both apartments are equipped with all major comforts: independent heating, air conditioning, internet access with Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels and many other comforts.

They are located in a historic building very close to the central station and are located a short distance from the station of the two subway lines and bus station.

Casa Vacanze IRIS sono due appartamenti situati nel centro di Roma a gestione familiare dove è possibile soggiornare per brevi periodi.

L’alloggio, silenzioso e confortevole, misura circa 140 mq ed è situato al primo piano con ascensore. E’ composto da due appartamenti (Iris I e Iris II) indipendenti ma comunicanti attraverso un ingresso comune; possono quindi essere affittati o singolarmente, rimanendo comunque completamente autonomi l’uno dall’altro, o congiuntamente. 

IRIS I può ospitare fino a quattro persone, mentre IRIS II può ospitare fino a sei persone; affittati congiuntamente ospitano fino a dieci persone.

Entrambi gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i principali comfort: riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, accesso ad internet con rete Wi-Fi, lenzuola ed asciugamani e tanti altri piccoli comfort.

Sono situati in un palazzo d’epoca a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Roma e sono quindi situati a brevissima distanza dalla stazione delle due linee metropolitane e dalla stazione degli autobus cittadini.
